'Disgusted' is probably the word to describe how i'd rate my mood today. The day has been full of powercuts today, and thus going on and off work, or adda (chatting, tradiotionally person to person by mouth, not using computers or 'Instant Messengers'). In the end i could not stand either. I found some solace in the music i brought with me... listening to Collective Soul's The World I Know now. Blasted Agontuk-3 a while back. Thank you Sumon Bhai for the kickass song there, and Shishir for being such a brilliant guitarist! Talent personified!

Since the awful back pain has subsided, I am wondering whether to take the X-rays to the doctor... I hate that race of people.. mostly anyway. Since I might join my newly wed 'daktar' (~ doctor) cousin and his wife for dinner.... maybe I can pull out the massive x-ray at the dinner table and have him give me an analysis. What should i do till dinner tho anyway? Will Collective Soul be able to keep me calm till then? Home seems very far away, but there I could shut off the world behind closed eyelids in sleep. How enticing!

I do hope this days ends well.

I got this incredible album from cousin fokla a few days ago. The title is that of my post, and it has a compilation of a lot of guitar players playing acoustic guitars. I must admit when looking through the list I could only recognize Eric Johnson's name. But the last track I just heard really blew me away. I can tell the guitar was a 12-string acoustic. The player's name is Dan Ross, and I think I just found out what might be the possibilities with my 12-string! I should get new strings though to achieve what he did with the slapping technique!
Oh My Gawd (Janice-from-friends-style)!!!

PS. All you people out there, NEVER over-eat lunch!

Slash being the reason i picked up a guitar, i got suckered into an obsession with Les Paul guitars. you can see but not touch... its so damn expensive. But thanks to Epiphone its safe again to dream.

Its about time anyway since the tattered battered TGM in my room now hums too much. Also my processor (zoom 707) is not really usable anymore either. Well, i'll have to focus on the guitar first, then i'll think about the processor.

Check out the beauties below.
